Four parties have tendered in Consortium format for the four new private prison sites. One consortia can be awarded a maximum of two prisons. The nature and substance of our Umtya Nethunga offering leads us to believe that we are front runners for this option. The team comprises strong partners in construction, facilities management and correctional supervision, making Umtya Nethunga a powerful contender for the bid. Our strength lies in our five parties to the Consortium: Bosasa, Management Training Corporation (USA) Group 5, WBHO and Matheo Construction group.
