Group Five leads the Design and Construction team of this Project and has historically demonstrated expertise to manage the design process from concept through construction to completion. It   has been an industry player and leader for thirty years in both South Africa, on the Continent and beyond.  The Design and Construction team has undertaken projects of comparable size and complexity with commendable success and public acclaim.    The company led the construction of the PPP Correctional Facility in Louis Trichardt (2001) in   the first round of correctional PPPs.  Working to expert project management the facility was constructed in a record sixteen months. 

Group Five is supported by able, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable contractors who have all excelled in their own right and delivered on similar sized projects. The group works closely with local and international partners to deliver total solutions often fast tracked to meet tight deadlines. High quality workmanship and exceptional safety records have been recognized through repeat business.
